Building Alumni Communities and Impact Networks (BAC-IN)

Overview

The BAC-IN programme was a capacity-building initiative designed to up-skill key staff members at the Mastercard Foundation Scholars Partner institutions. It supported these institutions through direct learning opportunities, the creation of resources, and the development of systems that extended beyond the programme's duration.

Additionally, the project fostered collective learning and strengthened networks among education institutions as part of its strategy to achieve its objectives.

In addition to staff training, the programme included capacity-building sessions for alumni representatives, who engaged in co-creation activities. Select student groups, including those focused on inclusivity for people living with disabilities and refugees, also benefited from the programme.
