Caren Namalenya is a passionate researcher with years of experience managing diverse research projects across Africa and globally. With a solid background in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.

In her role as Programme Manager at GeoPoll before joining ESSA, Caren led impactful research initiatives, ensuring high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction. 

She holds a Master of Arts in Project Planning & Management from the University of Nairobi, complementing her Bachelor of Economics and Statistics earned from the same institution. She also holds professional certificates in Project Management and Monitoring and Evaluation from Strathmore University and the Kenya Institute of Management, respectively.
